BBQ Recipe Card/ Basil, Garlic & Peppercorn

Pat Dry 2 lbs (1kg) of sirloin steak (or cut of choice) with paper towel. Rub 2 tbsp (16g) of OC Spice on both sides. Refrigerate 1-2 hours for best results. BBQ at 400 degrees F (204 degrees C) for approximately 6 minutes a side or until desired doneness.  Use a meat thermometer for exact temperature.  Variation: Coat with BBQ sauce for final 2  minutes of cooking.  Serves 4.

Ceasar Cocktail—Mmm Mmm Good!

Blend 1 tbsp (15 ml) of our special  blend to one 48 oz (1.31) tin or tomato, clamato, or vegetable juice. Mix well and chill for 20 minutes. Pour 1/2 oz Vodka (optional) over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with a fresh celery stalk and a slice of lime or lemon.     Use with Orange Crate Rim Trim Spice.

Margarita Mix:

Mix 6 oz water with 2 tbsp drink mix. Shake well, Garnish with a lemon wedge. Add 1/2 oz of tequila, and mix well (optional). Delicious as a frozen treat as well.
