Orange Crate Roasted Chicken Shish Kebob.
A perfect recipe to use with our BBQ SPICE!
To make 4-6 shish kebobs
1 lb (454 g) boneless, skinless chicken cut in chunks
2 tbsp (20 g) Orange Crate Roasted Chicken spice
¼ cup (60 ml) extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic minced
¼ cup (60 ml) finely chopped onion
Splash of red wine (optional)
Place all ingredients in bowl or resealable plastic bag and marinate a minimum of 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
To make Shish Kebob, cut in chunks, bell peppers, onions, pineapple and cherry tomatoes. Lightly brush veggies with olive oil. Skewer items, alternating between veggies, fruit, meat and tomatoes to create a colorful kebob.
Preheat BBQ or grill to 400F (205 C). Spray BBQ with cooking spray to create a non stick surface. Cook by turning skewers so all sides are cooked, approximately 20 minutes. Chicken is done when juices are no longer pink. Enjoy!
