Tandoori Chicken recipe from Orange Crate

Tandoori Chicken Spice: Part of our International Series Collection

Ingredients
12 drum sticks or thighs
2 tbsp (30g) Orange Crate Tandoori Chicken Spice
2 cups (500ml) Plaiun Yogurt
Marinade for 12 bone-in chicken drum sticks or thighs. Wash chicken with water. Mix together 2 tbsp (30g) Orange Crate Tandoori Chicken Spice and 2 cups (500ml) Plain Yogurt. Marinade Chicken in mix for 4 hours or for best results overnight in a bowl or resealable plastic bag, store in the refrigerator. Preheat BBQ or grill to 400 F (205 C). Spray BBQ with cooking spray to create non-stick surface. Cook chicken for approximately 30 minutes, 15 minutes on each side. Chicken is done when juices are no longer pink. Packaging yields 1 serving for 4-6 people.

Con Queso recipe

Recipe for today: Cheesy Con Queso Hot Dip Mix

Ingredients:

2 tbls Orange Crate’s Con queso spice
2 cups (500 g) Real mayonnaise
1 cup (250g) Sour cream
¼ cup Diced red pepper
¼ cup Diced green pepper
1 Jalapeno diced fine
¼ cup Diced green onions
2 cups Grated mozzarella cheese.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix around. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes. Make sure to give it a stir at the halfway point. Turn your oven to broil for the last 5 minutes for a golden brown top. Make sure to keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn. Best served with Orange Crate’s Party Crackers.

ALTERNATE RECIPE

Cheesy Nacho Popcorn

Take 1 tablespoon of Orange Crate’s Con Queso Dip mix and shake it around with your popcorn. Enjoy!
