BBQ Recipe Card/ Basil, Garlic & Peppercorn

Pat Dry 2 lbs (1kg) of sirloin steak (or cut of choice) with paper towel. Rub 2 tbsp (16g) of OC Spice on both sides. Refrigerate 1-2 hours for best results. BBQ at 400 degrees F (204 degrees C) for approximately 6 minutes a side or until desired doneness.  Use a meat thermometer for exact temperature.  Variation: Coat with BBQ sauce for final 2  minutes of cooking.  Serves 4.
